Later this year, one of the most highly anticipated games of 2023 is set to release. No, we aren’t talking about Starfield, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (hahaha…jk), The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, or Dead Island 2; instead, we are talking about the upcoming hellish game, Diablo IV. This past weekend, I had the chance to check out the Diablo Hells Ink event in Pittsburgh, PA. Diablo fans in and around the Pittsburgh area could sacrifice their skin in order to receive a Diablo 4 swag bag including a beta key. Seems there is an easier way to score access to the Diablo 4 beta than getting a tattoo.
Before we dive into how you can get a Diablo 4 beta key, let’s talk about the Diablo Hells Ink event. Upon arriving at WyldChyld Tattoo, saw a line of enthusiastic Diablo fans waiting in a cramped alley. The Hells Ink event promised that the first 100 in line would receive a free Diablo tattoo. When speaking with some of those at the front of the line, they stated that they had been there since 4 am.
Now they weren’t the first in line, but they weren’t the last. The event was scheduled to start at 10 am. When we got there, it was 2 PM and only thirty people had gone in so far. After seeing #6 Tyrael, we had some hesitation. Rather than wait it out, we decided to leave knowing that another opportunity would be available in the future.
Double Down on Sin
The Diablo 4 team is it again this time with a partnership with KFC. After a mural of Lilith was unveiled in a French Cathedral, the Diablo team struck an unholy alliance with the chicken conglomerate. So how do you get a free Diablo 4 Beta code? Until March 18th, Diablo fans who order the Double Down online will get a code to enter the early access Diablo 4 beta.
KFC guests must order the sandwich online either on the website or through the app. Other sandwiches are eligible for the Diablo 4 Beta giveaway. After picking up the order, a code will be delivered to your inbox. The beta will give access to the prelude and Act 1. Players can only level to twenty-five. The three classes available in the early access beta are the sorcerer, rogue, and barbarian.
Will you be picking up the devilish snack?
