There are many Isekai anime out there, but none have had quite the impact of Konsuba – God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World! The acclaimed anime has been known for its mature comedy, vibrant animation, and memorable characters. Just in time for the third season, Konsuba – God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World! is getting its own visual novel that is befitting of the anime called Konsuba – God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World! Love For These Clothes Desire!. PQube has announced a release date of February 8th, 2024.
Konsuba struts its stuff
The exciting news comes straight from UK publisher PQUBE via press release. Konsuba – God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World! Love For These Clothes Desire! puts players back into the world of Kazuma, a reincarnated adventurer Kazuma. Together with Aqua the water Goddess, Darkness the masochistic knight, and Megumin the fire mage, the group encounters all forms of shenanigans and lewdness as they survive the Isekai world.
In Konsuba – God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World! Love For These Clothes Desire!, the group encounters another curse. A cursed slab plays with the deepest desires of each character by reversing their traits. To counter the effects, the body and soul must be satisfied through new, steamy outfits. Players work against the clock in a scheduling-focused gameplay that balances resource management and tasks in an effort to craft the necessary outfit before the deadline.
God’s Blessing on this Wonderful series
A comedy visual novel is perfect for Konsuba – God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World! The acclaimed manga and anime have been lauded for their comedy and antics, as well as its English dubbing that has gone above and beyond. The anime has received two seasons, a spinoff anime featuring Megumin, a feature-length animated movie, and a mobile game app.
2024 will see the release of Season 3 of Konsuba – God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World! and the visual novel. While the novel will be released in Japanese with English subtitles, the game poses another exciting and hilarious chapter in one of the premier Isekai animes out there. Given the subject matter, there will hopefully be no attempts at censorship by PlayStation as the visual novel makes its way to that platform as well.
