During the PlayStation State of Play, Gearbox announced that Borderlands 4 would be released on September 23rd, 2025. In the new trailer, we can see bullet mayhem and different guns on display. At the moment, we know very little about the upcoming game’s story and what characters from the original trilogy will return. After appearing in the showcase, Gearbox and 2K released a statement to tease the upcoming game.
