GUNNAR has been in the game for a while when it comes to blue light-blocking eyewear, and we’ve checked out plenty of their glasses before. Their latest release, Erika, launches on February 26, 2025, as part of the Kista Collection, and it’s shaping up to be another solid mix of fashion and function.
Inspired by Nordic design, Erika features a sleek cat-eye frame made from stainless steel and Italian acetate, keeping things both stylish and durable. It comes in two sharp color options: Coffee Gold and Indigo Gold—because why not look good while protecting your eyes?
Of course, it wouldn’t be a GUNNAR release without their blue light-blocking tech to help reduce eye strain. Plus, the G-Shield Lens Coating fights off smudges, glare, and whatever else life throws at your lenses.
Here’s what you get in the box:
✔ Erika Glasses
✔ Cylinder Glass Case
✔ Microfiber Pouch & Cleaning Cloth
✔ 12-Month Warranty
We’ve reviewed quite a few GUNNAR models before, like the Riot Computer Glasses, Call of Duty Alpha & UAV, and the Assassin’s Creed Mirage Edition Intercept Glasses. If Erika is anything like those, it’s definitely worth a look. We also have an upcoming review of one of their latest models so keep an eye out for that when it comes time. You can check out this new set over on Gunnar’s website here. While you might think the price is up there, I don’t think it is since I do wear glasses and have paid more than that over the years when it comes to getting new glasses. What do you think? Are you rocking a pair of GUNNAR glasses already, or is Erika tempting you to grab a set?
