Review: Steins;Gate Part 1 (Anime)

I’m not really sure what to think when I think of Steins;Gate Part 1. Honestly, just the name of this FUNimation anime title makes me think of some sort of “gate” being opened. Well, I’d consider myself kind of right, if the gate was a gate into the past. Yes, time travel. What if I told you that in this series you can jump timelines via a microwave? I think this was a rand...[Read More]

Review: Strike Witches 2 (Anime)

I’ve said it many times before, but I’m going to say it again: I absolutely love watching anime, whether it’s via Netflix, Hulu, or via Blu-Ray/DVD. In the pile next to me of recently watched anime is Strike Witches 2, the second season of the Strike Witches anime. After watching the first season on Netflix, I was in shock at the open ending, not knowing that a second season was ...[Read More]

Review: NBA 2K13 (360)

I don’t often play sports games, but lately I’ve been playing quite a few, including the most recent NBA release from 2K Sports, NBA 2K13. I’ve noticed that there are a lot of different factors that bring players in to a franchise such as this year after year, such as the team rosters, the soundtrack, and the overall quality of the game. Is NBA 2K13 worthwhile? We’ll see.

Were you pissed off that Treyarch took down Nuketown 2025 the other day? I know I was! Honestly, it seemed like the entire internet went wild over them taking it down and then saying it will be brought back for special events. Explain to me why you take down a map you offer as a pre-order item? Anyways, Treyarch has listened to everyone about this issue and has brought back the map. How? Treyarch ...[Read More]

Review: 007 Legends (360)

Who hasn’t grown up dreaming of one day being a spy? Come on, don’t hide it; we’ve all grown up playing secret agent as a kid. If it wasn’t for James Bond, who would dream about it? Now I’m a huge fan of the 007 franchise, including the movies and a few of the games. Recently, a new entry was released from Eurocom and Activision: 007 Legends. I’ve spent quite so...[Read More]
