Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric is a 2014 action-adventure video game published by Sega and developed by Big Red Button for the Wii U console. Along with Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal for the Nintendo 3DS, the game is a spin-off of Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog series and is a part of the new Sonic Boom franchise, which consists also of an animated television series, whose games serve as prequel.
