Indie publisher tinyBuild had a huge booth at PAX South. After finding myself unceremoniously dumped into a shallow grave in Hello Neighbor, the next thing that caught my eye was a gorgeously cel-shaded top-down action game called Mr Shifty.
How about a 2D platformer, where the platform follows you, and is simply there whenever you needed it? That’s the heart of Light Fall, the inaugural effort from Bishop Games, where you don’t need to look before you leap, because wherever you go, you’ll have a place to land.

I had the chance to try out a few of them, starting with current Youtube darling Hello Neighbor. What was there to expect, no clue since would be my first time playing the game. Well let’s dig into the hands-on shall we while I was at PAX South 2017!
