Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 Screenies & Gameplay Footage

Pro Evolution Soccer is, by far, one of the best soccer games out there. Sure, that statement is going to get me a lot of heat from FIFA fans, but I’m sticking to my opinion. Today, Konami released some gorgeous in-game screenshots, and a trailer featuring some awesome gameplay footage that can only further support my preference.

Fable III Opening Cinematic

My birthday falls on October 27th.  How fortuitous, then, that Fable III is being released on October 26th.  Doubly fortuitous is my predilection for totally awesome collector’s editions of games.  The culmination of this fortuitousness is that Fable III, a game I am highly anticipating, will be released the day before my birthday, and will be released with a totally awesome collector’...[Read More]

Halo + Inception = WIN

After participating in the multi-player beta for Halo: Reach, I wanted nothing with the game. Now, thanks to the song “Mind Heist” from the Inception trailers, and the awesomeness of Transcendence Films, I want to play Reach right this second.

Ryu Hayabusa in a Mario game?

For awhile now, hacks on classic games have been really popular. Some are downright genius, whereas others are for laughs. Super Mario Bros. A few minutes ago, I was on Twitter and something caught my eye: a tweet from One of Swords about Soundgarden. Having been a fan for almost two decades, I had to read on some more. What I stumbled upon via his blog was something so magical, and so incredible I just had to share it with you all.

The Sims Gets Medieval On Your Ass

If you don’t know what The Sims is, I don’t think I can help you.  In fact, if you’ve never at least heard of The Sims, I would suggest you’re on the wrong website.  You might do better with knit.com or catchannel.com. But if you do know what The Sims is, and you look forward to new iterations of the game, then by all means, read on.

Review: Castlevania: Harmony of Despair

As soon as Castlevania: Harmony of Despair (HD) was announced, I knew I would be purchasing it, regardless of the price.  Now, some of you may point to that statement and call my objectivity in reviewing the game into question.  Allow me to reassure you that I will be completely objective by asking you to keep in mind the heartache caused by the crushing of a man’s hopes and dreams. Thankful...[Read More]

Final Fantasy VII: It’s not my favorite!

Right now, in that title above, I’ve committed one of the worst crimes among the gaming community: I’m not a fangirl of Final Fantasy VII. For those who pop off about how VII is superior to the rest of the long-running franchise, to not agree with them is suicide. Why? Because they refuse to consider the possibility that their beloved Final Fantasy VII is over-hyped.
