Coming Clean: A Tale of Murder

Forgive me, non-denominational-authoritarian-figure-individual-turned-to-for-support-and-absolution, for I have sinned…quite a lot, actually. What is my sin? Murder most foul. I have spent the last 24+ years of my life murdering all who stood in my way without a second thought or a hint of remorse. It started with grues and ghosts, then escalated drastically. From humble beginnings, I grew m...[Read More]

Review: Roxio Game Capture Device

Everyone likes to brag about their gaming achievements. Everyone loves to tell Falstaff tales about how they took out four Borgia guards single-handedly using only their double hidden blades in Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood. Everyone loves to tell big fish stories about a great racing win in SEGA Rally Online Arcade. Everyone loves to recount their legendary musical shooter performance in Ch...[Read More]

Review: OnLive

I’m going to be perfectly honest with you here…I have a pretty awesome job. I get to sit at a computer all day and create Excel masterpieces. In my downtime, I browse the Internet and just generally screw around. There’s only so much Internet, though, and I do, at times, find myself getting bored. This ended, however, when I managed to get my hands on OnLive. Downtime at work? As...[Read More]

Review: Section 8: Prejudice (XBLA)

I’m generally not a fan of XBLA shooters. I’m generally even less a fan of XBLA shooters that poorly attempt to emulate the gameplay or design of full price retail release shooters. With those particular prejudices (hurr-hurr, see what I did there?) already in place, it would seem that I would be an odd fit to review Section 8: Prejudice, a first-person shooter based on a full price re...[Read More]

Review: Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood (360)

Earlier this year, I began playing the first Assassin’s Creed. I completely fell in love with Altaïr, and even though I never completed the game (only because it became a bit too tedious and I had other things to play), I have only fond things to say of it. Despite the fact that we own AC II, I have yet to play a second of it. So why did I completely play through Brotherhood not knowing anyt...[Read More]

Assassin’s Creed: The Fall

As a fan of Assassin’s Creed, I can’t believe that I had no idea that a comic was coming out. I guess it’s partially due to the fact that I’m waiting impatiently for AC: Brotherhood to come out on November 16th. However, 6 days before that on the 10th, fans of the games can sink their teeth into the first of a new three issue series that takes place in in Russia.
