Earlier this summer, Bethesda shocked the world during their E3 2018 press conference. Even though the Elder Scrolls VI, Fallout 76, and Rage 2 were arguably the key titles that the gaming community focused on from Bethesda during E3, Doom Eternal provided an exciting teaser of what is to come after the positive reception of 2016 reboot. Although Doom (2016) and Rage were announced for Xbox Game P...[Read More]
It’s a game that we all knew was happening, and Todd Howard has just confirmed it’s existence with a teaser. By teaser, I really emphasize the teasing of it. This was a very short, but effective way to get the hype built up. As of now we just got a brief glimpse of the landscape, but nothing else yet unfortunately. It is for sure titled Elder Scrolls VI, but we do not have a full title...[Read More]
When it was originally announced that Fallout 76 is going to be an online game, many had no idea what this actually meant. We were immediately told that it would in fact, not, be an MMO. For me personally, this is absolutely fine, as I don’t see the Fallout universe benefiting from an MMO style game. At this year’s Bethesda E3, Todd Howard gave us a detailed (and humorous) presentation...[Read More]
At Bethesda’s E3 press briefing, we got multiple announcements from Todd Howard. It was rumored that Fallout 76 is taking place in West Virginia due to it’s music from the teaser trailer. As of now, it’s been officially confirmed the next installment will be set in the scenic state of West Virginia!
I had thought maybe it was too soon, but I guess we are for sure getting a sequel to DOOM. At BE3, Bethesda released a small teaser for its sequel titled DOOM: Eternal.
Yesterday, Bethesda teased everyone with a very subtle “Please Stand By” message on Twitter, which of course got everyone excited as players know exactly which franchise this is referring to. Many were speculating this was either a new Fallout game, or maybe even a Fallout 4 port for the Nintendo Switch. Just this morning, Bethesda officially announced Fallout 76 with a teaser trailer.
Although E3 is less than two weeks away, Bethesda may have plans to reveal news about a big name franchise before their press conference at E3 2018. At the moment not much is know about what Bethesda is teasing but their Twitter and Twitch accounts show the Please Stand By screen typically associated with the Fallout franchise. This year (2018) marks the ten-year anniversary of the release of Fal...[Read More]
About a week ago, there was a supposed leak on Walmart Canada’s website that displayed titles that have yet to be announced. One of those games was RAGE 2. It’s been almost a whole 7 years since id Software released the first RAGE, and generally, it was well received for it’s amazing graphics and balls to the wall gameplay. That being said, the game was infamous for it’s su...[Read More]
It is now May, which means the hype for E3 usually becomes relentless until June. Speculation goes through the roof. Theories are abundant. It’s a good time to be a gamer! We can get even more excited now that the press conference schedule has been released, which looks to be kicked off with EA on June 9.
A Twitter user known by the handle of Wario64 discovered a massive update on Wal-Mart Canada’s website potentially leaking some massive video game franchises that could make an appearance E3 2018. E3 2018 is less than a month away so the titles that were listed on Walmart’s website could be possible, if not probable. Since the potential leak occurred, Pete Hines and Bethesda have comme...[Read More]
Skyrim may very well be the game we send aliens to express who we are as a species. Players can’t seem to get enough of this game. It’s been ported to just about every console and will probably get ported to refrigerators or some other ridiculous appliance. What’s not ridiculous though is a Switch port.
