I’m a huge fan of DLC, as I may have mentioned in the announcements for Crackdown 2, BioShock 2 and Red Dead Redemption! Now, one of my favorite games are getting some downloadable content – Transformers: War for Cybertron!
I love downloadable content. I know some people just see it as companies releasing their game “unfinished” and are just trying to make more money, but honestly, it’s the downloadable content that keeps me playing a game long after I’ve beaten it. So, let’s take a look at Crackdown 2’s first DLC.

I honestly don’t know how this got past me, being the huge Dragon Age fan that I am, but apparently yesterday BioWare announced that some new DLC is coming our way on September 7th. Titled “Witch Hunt,” fans of the game will FINALLY get closure to Morrigans story.
We haven’t talked about Borderlands much on World of Meh. To be perfectly honest, I can’t recall it ever being mentioned at all. This is not because we didn’t play the game, or because we played the game and simply did not like it. On the contrary, we quite enjoyed the game. Our lazy asses just never wrote anything about it. North America fans of 505 Games Naughty Bear will be excited to hear that today, on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network, they can download some nifty free content. Not only will they receive a code update, but they will get the all-new Level 8 episode.
Today, BioWare returns to form with another great DLC installment for Dragon Age: Origins. Last month it was announced that Golems of Amgarrak would be released, and having just played through it right now, I can honestly say it’s one of their better ones.
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light hasn’t even been released yet, and already DLC is announced. Today, Crystal Dynamics let the cat out of the bag, and some pretty exciting details were included too.
Not even 30 seconds ago, BioWare announced the details for the upcoming Dragon Age: Origins DLC, Golems of Amgarrak. While at San Diego Comic-Con, BioWare did confirm a new DLC would be coming out, but, at the time, that was all fans were given.
