Announced Tuesday, Electronic Arts will be acquiring Industrial Toys, a Pasadena, California based mobile games developer known for their Midnight Star series. Led by Alex Seropian, founder and former CEO of Bungie Studios and former executive at Disney Interactive, they will now have their diversity added to the EA collective.
