Mii and DDR for My Wii!

So, aside from loving first person shooter games, I am a huge sucker for rhythm games. Which I think you may remember from my DJ Hero 2 and Rock Band 3 announcements last week. Well, now I get to tell you the awesomeness that is Dance Dance Revolution for Nintendo Wii!

Nintendo DSi and DSi XL to Drop in Price Soon

Today Nintendo announced what could only be another step to prepare for the 3DS launch: the DSi and DSi XL would be receiving a price drop effective September 12th.

Rock Band 3 Setlist Changes!!

Erik graced World of Meh with the (leaked) jaw-dropping Rock Band 3 setlist back on August 19th. It was leaked to the world as a Harmonix employee scrolled through the setlist at a demonstration. As Erik said just one week ago, “it’s entirely possible that some mistakes were made” – and he was right!

A New Way to Play Wii

Sick of Seeing Numbers

They’re everywhere. Resident Evil 5, Saw 7, and Shock Value 2. When is enough, enough? When will the entertainment industry stop recycling the same things over and over again? As customers, we deserve better.

Review: House, M.D. (PC)

You may be familiar with Dr. Gregory House and his team at Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital. You may have even felt the emotional tension as Thirteen (Olivia Wilde) and Foreman’s (Omar Epps) relationship slowly went downhill. But, I bet you’ve never seen House and his team quite like this!

Ryu Hayabusa in a Mario game?

Video Game Tattoos: Yay or Nay?

At some point in life, everybody considers getting a tattoo whether they want to admit it or not. Some go through with it, while others choose not to for various reasons.

Thank You Activision!

Alright friends of Meh, I promised that today we would be getting something special in the mail for our One Love for Chi/Blogathon fundraiser, and it’s here! Originally the delivery was slated to arrive around 3 in the afternoon, so I was surprised when the FedEx guy came around 11. Each box weighs about 26 pounds, and it reminded me of the days when I worked at GameStop as an Assistant Mana...[Read More]

Classic Games: Still great, or is it just nostalgia?

Last Tuesday, for my birthday, I whipped out my NES and played a beloved game from my childhood, Crystalis. At first I was pretty scared to pop it in, because what if I didn’t feel the same way about it anymore? What if the gameplay or story was too simplistic for my current gaming tastes? What if I don’t enjoy it, and those memories are ruined? As a little girl, I slept in the same be...[Read More]
