Finally, Clark and Lois are back on the CW. From the moment Superman & Lois were announced in October 2019, there hasn’t been a show I’ve looked forward to more since the pilot for Gotham. Every interview, casting announcement, and rumor constantly had my mind turning with anticipation and wonder. So does this show live up to the hype? Let’s find out.
The CW Passes on Green Arrow and the Canaries
Back door pilots have a storied history in television. Whether it’s Charlie’s Angels, The Office, or even the Bill Bixby Hulk television show. Each of these shows attempted a back door pilot with little success in the form of Toni’s Boys, The Farm, and Thor’s appearance in The Incredible Hulk Returns, respectively. Such is the case with the Arrow spinoff Green Arrow and the Canaries.
