The Vandals.  The Vandals have been around since before I was born, but they’ve managed to maintain the personality of a 15-year old punk rock kid for over 30 years.  The current, and most widely recognized line-up has been around since 1990, but the band first started in 1980.  The Vandals are legen….wait for it…I hope you’re not lactose intolerant…dary!
