Gaming doesn’t always have to be about the bang bang slice curse word explosions. Sometimes we just need some traditional gaming presented in cool ways. That’s where Prominence Poker comes in. The Closed Beta is getting in full swing and we have quite a few codes to hand out.

Know that this is Poker at its core, there won’t be any alien invasions or demons with hammers. The website does mention a story mode, along with several other features all of which are listed on their website, including in-depth character creation. I vote that we try to make the most terrifying nightmare fuel imaginable to really get the edge.

Get into the Closed Beta

1.) Open your Steam Client and Sign-in (can be obtained here:http://store.steampowered.com/)

2.) From the Steam Client, select the “Games” menu option at the top of the client. This should produce a drop-down.

3.) Select the option “Activate a Product on Steam”.

4.) Hit next and agree to the Steam Subscriber Agreement

5.) Enter the Product Code you received.

6.) Download and Enjoy!

This version of the game is intended to act as a technical test while still allowing the devs the opportunity to get the game in the hands of the community. With that in mind there will be crashes and bugs that may appear as you play. If you come across these issues please take the time to report them on the official site: http://www.prominencepoker.com
