A little over a month has passed since the third Generation of Pokemon were added to Pokemon Go. Since then trainers have been battling the elements in order to prove that they are the best trainer in the world. Since the update in mid-December, trainers have been able to catch some of the less interesting Pokemon from the Hoenn region excluding the Gen 3 starters.
Early yesterday afternoon, Niantic announced that 23 additional Hoenn Pokemon were added to the game, including a shiny Aron whose devil-eyed look may win over trainer’s hearts. So far only Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Aron, Lairon, Aggron, Numel, Camerupt, Trapinch, Vibrava, Flygon, Cacnea, Cacturne, Lunatone, Solrock, Nosepass, Baltoy, and Claydol have been confirmed to be part of the recent addition to Pokemon Go.
Based off of the location that a majority of these Pokemon can be found in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, it’s would come as no surprise that the remaining five Pokemon would be Torkoal, Lileep, Cradily, Anortih, and Armaldo. While a majority of these Pokemon could only be found on Route 111 or Meteor Falls which featured a variety of Hazardous conditions that impacted most trainers journey.
Alongside the release of more generation 3 Pokemon, trainers will be able to hatch Pokemon originally found in the Hoenn region. Pokemon Go trainers have the opportunity to purchase super incubators in order speed up the hatching process. Super incubators can be purchased for two hundred Pokecoins.
