We are now in the spookiest season of the year, my dear Rockers. While the southern hemisphere starts to emerge from their winter, the northern hemisphere prepares for theirs. That’s right, fall is upon us, meaning it’s now spooky season! In preparation for Halloween, multiple companies have announced ways to make it extra spooktacular. Home Depot is selling 12-foot skeletons for $300. Microsoft has a Halloween themed line-up planned for October 2020 Games with Gold offer. In the past, Microsoft has celebrated Halloween with Friday the 13th, The Walking Dead, and Victor Vran. So what are the October 2020 Games with Gold offers?
Starting on October 1st, Xbox Live Gold members can download Slayaway Camp: Butcher’s Cut and Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy. Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy ($14.99 ERP) is available from October 1st to 15th on Xbox One & Xbox 360. Slayaway Camp: Butcher’s Cut ($16.99 ERP) is free from October 1st to 31st on the Xbox One. October > September
This line-up feels vastly superior and well put together compared to the September 2020 Games with Gold offer. Each game contains an element of what Halloween brings to mind for most gamers and pop culture enthusiasts.
