We all want to go somewhere nowadays, especially as the country gets a better handle on COVID-19. Forever Entertainment, along with developer Live Motion Games is putting players into the boss’s chair for a game that puts them in charge of one of the most important aspects of travel: renovation. This May Train Station Renovation, a simulator game that puts players in charge of restoring train stations launched on the Nintendo Switch.
The news comes via a press release from Forever Entertainment, which recently announced the House of the Dead remake and release twin-stick shooter Danger Scavenger. Train Station Renovation is a relaxing game, charging players to explore abandoned railroad stations and restore them for a new generation of travelers. Players explore the most remote locations on Earth, discovering railroad stations that have long since been abandoned and left to the wilderness.
Utilizing a hefty budget, players clean, restore, organize, decorate these railway stations, restoring them to new operations and attracting new travelers. Each station will present itself with new challenges as players content with fixed budgets. This may sound complex and challenging to beginners, but Train Station Renovation will keep you focused on the gameplay experience. Players who wish to casually rebuild train stations may do so at their leisure, and completionists who wish to fully and successfully restore every station to optimum efficiency are welcome to do so. In addition to the interiors and exteriors of trains, station players restore trains and even repair railroad tracks. With the game coming to switch, players will be able to bring this unique simulator with them on the go.
Handheld Simulation
Most simulator games head to the big consoles, so it is nice to see a simulator head to the Nintendo Switch. Additionally, the accessible nature of Train Station Renovation will make the game more appealing to younger players that wish to pursue something more different than other simulators. Forever Entertainment has been doing an amazing job bringing smaller, lesser-known games to various platforms, especially the Nintendo Switch. Some of their recent releases, such as Wanderlust and the Panzer Dragoon Remake have been solid additions to the Switch library. It has been pleasing to see such as diverse portfolio from Forever Entertainment, and with the large gaps in big releases for the system, we will continue to see this trend continue.
Train Station Renovation launches in May for the Nintendo Switch eShop.
