Update Comes to Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption this February
On February 19th, Dark Star Game Studios promises to release a grand new update to Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption! This boss battler will be decked out with three new game modes, two more weapons, and a “fowl” new boss. This update is free and will launch simultaneously on Discord, the Switch, PS4, and Xbox One!

The Occupation Releases October 9th
White Paper Games has teamed up with Humble Bundle to publish their first-person, fixed-time, investigative mystery thriller, “The Occupation!” This title will launch on the Humble Store, Steam, the PlayStation Store, and the Microsoft Store on October 9th! Midgar Studios has just released a progress update on their Kickstarter game “Edge of Eternity!” Now that over $161,000 have been raised for this beauty, the studio and Playdius, the publisher, are showing off new screenshots, gameplay, and some of the world’s lore!
Hand of Fate 2 Releases on Nintendo Switch!
Defiant Development has decided to expand their repertoire and is porting “Hand of Fate 2” to the Nintendo Switch! This critically acclaimed RPG/board game mashup will be available for your device on July 17th! To top it off, this version will even include all of the DLCs that featured on the PC release.
Ashes of Creation Development Team Expands
For an indie studio, Intrepid is doing quite well for itself! They just signed on a whole slew of new people and now have over 100 employees working on the development team for “Ashes of Creation!” This includes people recruited from as far away as France and Malaysia!
Frost: The Deck-Building Arctic Survival Game Coming soon to Consoles
“Frost” is a deck-building survival adventure set in a post-apocalyptic, frozen wasteland. Digerati, the Indie publisher in charge of the release, says that it will head our way in just a couple of weeks. The PS4 release will be July 17th for North America and the 18th for the E.U., while the Nintendo Switch version comes out on July 19th and Xbox One copies will be available on July 20th.
Smoke and Sacrifice Soon To Release!
The open-world, narrative-driven RPG “Smoke and Sacrifice” is about to release on May 31st for the PC and Nintendo Switch! There will be a 20% discount during the first two weeks and PS4 and XBox One versions will come out later this year. To prepare you for the game’s vibrant, adaptive ecosystem, the developers Curve Digital and Solar Sail Games have also posted the following video!
Ys: Memories of Celceta and Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity Hit Western PCs
XSEED Games announced that they will release “Ys: Memories of Celceta” for the PC on July 25th via Steam, GOG, and The Humble Bundle Store. They also noted that the indie action-adventure title “Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity” will come to the PC via Steam on July 11th! For the first week of release, these games will also be sold at a 10% discount!
