Earlier this month, Gearbox‘s and 2K’s E3/Summer Game Fest lineup leaked revealing some of the upcoming announcements. Interestingly enough, a new Borderlands title was revealed to be in development with little information revealed. Luckily, Borderlands fans did not have to wait long for the official announcement. Today during Summer Game Fest, Gearbox and 2K unveiled Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Borderlands fans will not have to wait long for the next installment in the Pandora universe. Prepare to enter a magical world yet again revisiting the world established in the Borderlands 2 DLC Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep. So what was revealed?
Bullets, magic, and broadswords collide yet again in this new chaotic fantasy world brought to life by the unpredictable Tiny Tina and featuring a star-studded cast. Joining players for the experience are headstrong captain Valentine (Andy Samberg), rule-obsessed robot Frette (Wanda Sykes), and the beloved, bomb-chucking Tiny Tina (Ashly Burch), who serves as the players’ guide through this extraordinary tabletop realm where rules rarely apply. During their quest to defeat the Dragon Lord (Will Arnett), players will meet a cast of lovable misfits like a lute-wielding Bardbarian and their very own Fairy Punchfather.
In this high fantasy adaptation combined with the looter shooter genre, players can create and customize their own multiclass heroes as they loot, shoot, slash, and cast their way through outlandish monsters and treasure-filled dungeons on a quest to stop the tyrannical Dragon Lord. Tiny Tina will make the rules, changes the world on the fly, and guides players through their journey.

Game Details
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a fully standalone experience with a rich, story-driven co-op campaign allowing for up to four players to explore with one another; it has repeatable end-game content. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will release on the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store in early 2022.
